VOLUNTEERS WANTED
We’re looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to help us make a difference at our The Old Town Festival Of Speed & Style this year. By volunteering, you’ll directly support our cause to give back to our local charities while meeting amazing people and having a lot of fun.
Requirement: 16 years of age or older from 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
Volunteers will receive:
• Free box lunch and drink with discretionary meal break.
• Free T-shirt to identify themselves as part of the event.
• Volunteer Group Photo @ 7:30 AM
VOLUNTEER DUTIES
Volunteers will be paired with a Block Captain day of event.
• Handout the Event QR Code Card to attendees.
• Handout the Swag Bags to the car owners.
• Help guide cars to their designated location spot.
• Help car owners with their windshield placards.
• Command Center setup, stocking, support and clean up.
• Protect cars from the public touching and leaning on cars.
Volunteers please bring a personal bag to carry trash bag, water, personal items, etc.
