VOLUNTEER TO HELP
SUNDAY, MAY 18, 2025 | 10:00AM-3:00PM
We’re looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to help us make a difference at our The Old Town Festival Of Speed & Style this year. By volunteering, you’ll directly support our cause to give back to our local charities while meeting amazing people and having a lot of fun.
Volunteers will receive:
- Free box lunch and drink with discretionary meal break.
- Free colorful T-shirt to identify themselves as part of the event.
Volunteers will be paired with a Block Captain (member of our team) to perform the following activities throughout the day:
- Handout the Event Guide to attendees.
- Handout the Swag Bags and Official Program to the car owners.
- Help to guide the cars to their spots and avoid curbs when backing, etc.
- Help car owners with their windshield placards.
- Command Center support, cleanup at end of the event.
- Command tent setup and stocking, cleanup at end of the event.
- Help owners and staff to keep public from leaning on or entering cars.
- Bring a personal bag to carry Event Guide, trash bag, water, personal items, etc.
- OTFSS Committee Staff wear white T-shirts, with a Red lanyard and STAFF Badge with their name.
- Car Owners will be provided a Blue lanyard with a DRIVER Badge
Full time commitment required.
Volunteers must 16 years of age to participate.
