Now in its fifth year, The Old Town Festival of Speed & Style, presented by Burke & Herbert Bank, is a spectacular, high-sensory in-person event that has become one of the biggest annual activities in Alexandria, VA. Free and open to the public, spectators are treated to a fun-filled, day of fast cars, high-style, food and fun – all shared in a collectively extraordinary experience.
Each year, tens of thousands of people converge in Old Town Alexandria to view more than 100 rare and exotic supercars and motorcycles from around the world. They also get to experience a distinctive and stylish fashion show that features models dressed to match the style and elegance of the various cars on display. Live music is also provided by highly acclaimed jazz and rock bands to add extra ambience located in the lower blocks of King Street and around Market Square.
Grand Touring sports cars and motorcycles from the 1950’s through the 1980’s whose marques have a connection to endurance racing such as the 24-hours of LeMans and the 12-hours of Sebring. Car types include Ferrari, Jaguar, Porsche, Aston-Martin, Mercedes, MG, Lancia, Austin-Healey, Shelby Cobra/Mustang, Morgan, Lamborghini, BMW, Corvette, Triumph, Dodge and Maserati. Motorcycle types include Ducati, Triumph, Suzuki and more.
The Festival event celebrates the speed and performance of exotic sports cars while emphasizing the elegance of their design and style. It also highlights the heart and spirit of the community and underscores the sophistication and style of Old Town.
Our goal is to bring together exquisite cars, car enthusiasts, fashion, art, music, and style to create a weekend festival of good energy and fun, while generating widespread interest and visibility for Alexandria, and drawing record crowds to its restaurants and shops.
We have been successful to curate a collection of more than 100 rare and unusual exotic sports cars and motorcycles from the 1950’s, 60's, 70's and 80's, for a fun-filled, day-long concours/car show and fashion celebration for participants, spectators, city officials and merchants that highlights the style and elegance of the cars, the people and the city.

We are inspired to host a highly unusual and compelling event in Alexandria, to raise money for charity, elevate the stature of the city on the global map and increase business for shop owners.
The Old Town Festival of Speed & Style is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization focused on the community and chartered to generate and donate funds to local charities, ALIVE! Alexandria and the Community Lodgings. Free and open to the public, spectators are treated to a fun-filled, day of fast cars, high-style, food and fun – all shared in a collectively extraordinary experience.
